Learn the arts of bookbinding and ecoprinting with Beth from her studio in downtown Burlington.
Choose one of the planned dates below or suggest a date that suits you and 2 or 3 friends to make your own workshop.

In this Ecoprinting workshop, we will layer leaves and flowers with paper, cloth and tiles, then bind everything tightly and boil to release the natural pigments in the plants into the substrates.

In this Bookbinding for Beginners workshop, you will learn about the tools and terminology of the craft, and make books with simple Pamphlet and Dot & Dash stitches.

We will learn the famous Coptic stitch, which creates “braids” on the exposed spine, and make two books, with variations on how the stitching appears on the covers.
