Beth Rose is a Bookbinder, Designer and Printer who makes art infused with colour, texture, history, and nature from her home studio in Burlington, Ontario, Canada.

Trained as a graphic designer at Sheridan College, she designed books and campus publications at University of Toronto Press, learning on the job how to merge traditional techniques with digital tools.

Inspired by seasoned designers and printers she encountered at the Press, she began binding books by hand, a practice she continues to enlarge, while also studying printmaking — letterpress, ecoprint, botanical monoprint, linoprint — and applying the results to her unique books at Grace Notes Press.
